Once we receive your refund request, you will be mailed a check for the purchase price of the NyQuil Original or Cherry Liquid, plus postage. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to process your claim. The offer is valid in U.S. only (but is void in Maine) and limited to one refund per name, household, or address, through June 30, 2010. Offer is valid if your envelope is postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Guidelines
To receive a refund from Vicks, please mail us the following:
- The original, dated receipt with the purchase price clearly marked
- The original UPC from your NyQuil Original Liquid or NyQuil Cherry Liquid package. If your UPC is not easy to remove, simply write the UPC code on your register receipt.
- An index card (preferably 3" x 5") that has your complete name, mailing address, and a brief explanation of why you were not completely satisfied.
